I am an AUS alumni and can confidently attest to their high standards in academics and education. It is needless to state that AUS is the most qualified university in the Middle East with some of the most professional faculty.
This is a college you’d be proud to graduate from, it opens all doors for you. AUS graduates are always high in demand by the Middle East’s corporate sector. In fact, the company i joined last year still continues to hire all AUS graduates for its entry-level positions.
I highly recommend this university to any student aspiring to get a degree of value and credibility.

Campus facilities are top-notch. These facilities are assets to undergrads as they provide local and smaller areas to use. The main library, is a never-ending treasure trove of books and secret study areas. I have come to admire most of my professors and find their faculty the best in the GCC.

If you are looking for the typical college experience, AUS is for you. It’s located in a very safe, easy to navigate little town on the outskirts of Sharjah. The university itself is up and coming academically, and for the last few years has been making appearances in the top regional college listings. Your wonderful experiences here are never be forgotten! Whether it be athletics, academics or merely innovation – they strive to provide students with the best.

Overall, I loved my experience at AUS and wouldn’t have traded it for anything. I only applied to three unis, but I fell in love with AUS when I visited the campus for the first time. While a lot of people are concerned about the size of campus, I really think this is one of its greatest strengths, as it allows the university to provide really amazing facilities and a huge range of opportunities to get involved. I felt that I had a top-caliber education.
In short, the American University Sharjah was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I am considering studying an MBA, and if i do, AUS will be my definite choice.

It may come as a surprise to some, but this university in Sharjah is by far the best in the region. It has some of the best faculty members i have come across. I am currently studying for my MBA at AUS but had done my Bachelors in Lebanon. Academically speaking, you can be sure of getting a quality education.

How could I not vouch for my alma matter! They’ve given me a degree that is regionally recognized and respected among the corporate elite. In the 8 years since my graduation I have work for two companies and been promoted 5 times. I have been very fortunate to have met some great people whilst studying there, with whom I continue to maintain strong relationships to date. If you are a student looking for an easy pass, somewhere to burn time and get a degree, AUS is NOT the place for you. There are many colleges in Dubai that would be more suiting, but if you’re seeking academic excellence whether in Finance, Business or Engineering, AUS is the best, bar none!

I obtained my MBA in from AUS in 2007. It was a comprehensive education that exceeded my expectations and was superior in quality to my undergraduate experience at AUD, where I studied for almost a year. Many AUS graduates are the children of rich families selected to inherit their family businesses, so the MBA is good preparation for them to carry on their family legacy/ business. This program is well-regarded regionally and being on your resume, it’s sure to open many doors.

Besides the high price of tuition and a not so convenient location (hour drive from home for me), I wouldn’t trade my education at AUS for anything. The professors are always motivated and engaging. They have concern for your education, but let you have enough autonomy to make your own decisions as far as what you want to get out of class. The campus is very well equipped, with outstanding facilities and state-of-the-art tools. You can feel the administration’s involvement in the constant improvement and evolution of this institution. Greatest decision I ever made!
