In a constantly changing world, a world in which it is difficult to anticipate the needs of the next few years, Florya College has made it a priority to cultivate children who are able to stand on their own, learn, question, and take responsibility. Today’s children think differently, growing up with technological developments and digital miracles. Our school prepares the children who will live in the new millennium for the future.

In an ever-changing world, as we prepare today’s youth for their role in Turkey’s future, we also see the need to develop our educators, keeping them current and fresh. We were brought up to believe that, in education, people and quality come first. By our tenth year in operation, we had filled all of our schools capacity.

This manner of appreciation drives and inspires us. This inspiration and faith in the success of the student specific individual study and education system Florya College began in the 2007 – 2008 School year assures that our success rate will continue to increase as time goes on.

It must not be forgotten that schools are educational institutions, and when speaking of success, one must focus on more than just test results. Students should be cultivated as individuals, taught to understand how they can be of benefit to their nation, their family, and themselves; they must be enabled to understand and conceptualize; otherwise, schools are no better than test prep courses (dershane).

This is not a statement that Florya College has a low exam success rate, quite the opposite, we have an 83% average success in the OKS exams, and a 75% average success in the ÖSS exams. Our emphasis is on the student; analyzing their strengths, and thus helping them shape their future in the best way possible.

Our goal is not to simply raise doctors and engineers, but athletes and artists as well. Having started on this long and difficult journey, Florya College does not pause after each accomplishment. After each and every goal we attain, we reach for the next, higher goal, and open our sails to the winds of progress as we travel toward the ideals established by our Great Leader Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK.
