In our school, while the education programs are prepared with the objectives mentioned, developmental characteristics of the students, each child’s unique developmental rate, interests, needs and different ways of learning are taken into consideration. In order them to gain high-level mental and social skills, studies that improve their observation, research, invention and creativity that are in the level of our students’ development level are arranged. These studies are prepared on basis Active-Cooperative Learning and Multiple Intelligences. Our students have the oppurtunity to learn by experiencing. In addition to this all the other instructional methods and strategies are applied when necessary. Our main purpose in doing activities is to arouse cruiosity and increase interest in learning and to improve their ability rather than transferring information.

The goal of Gelişim, is to prepare the students to life with leadership skills such as honesty, responsibility, problem solving, effective communicative skills, respecting differences, entrepreneurship, cooperation, creative thinking and determinism.

The main purpose of Gelişim is to improve students'academical performance and their personal values and fulfill the requirements of a quickly changing life. The main goal of today's education is to raise people with thinking and understanding skills that can criticize and having the ability of thinking scientifically.

The very important thing for Gelişim is,having students taking the responsibility of the things they've learned, getting to know themselves well ,being aware of their needs on the way to the university so that they can decide on their dream jobs. In short raising happy people of the future.

Gelişim with respect to being an institution of education equips the students with an educational program that they would apply the things they've learned in their lives. The educational program in Gelişim is a student centered program which enables the process of learning, based on research and criticism and devolops critical thinking.

This program supplies the students with an ability of adabting to new age and creativity. It also recruits the students with self respect and success.
