1 – A Master’s degree or a PhD from a recognized university
2 – Practical work experience of 3+ years in a major or multinational organization
3 – Presentation skills along with training experience
4 – PowerPoint skills (English and Arabic)
5 – Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic mother tongue)
6 – Solid experience in providing training in a variety of soft skills related topics is a must.
7 – Good interpersonal skills.
