Located on Abu Dhabi Island in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Diyafah International School was established in 2013 and has since carved a niche amongst the private schools in the emirate as a school providing quality and affordable education.

We have over 60 nationalities within the school and over 43 spoken languages. We are and have been a Microsoft Showcase school for over 5 years and this helped us pivot to the need of online education under the current pandemic without a break in the children's education.
As an International School we understand the importance of helping students to settle in and make new friends quickly. What is unique to our school is our English as an Additional Language (EAL) program which helps children whose English is not their first language to gain access to the curriculum as quickly as possible.
We also have a range of age-appropriate programmes which we adapt to suit each child to get them off to a great start.
At Diyafah International School, we are committed to on-going learning and professional development with our staff both teaching and non-teaching faculty.
Our teachers are encouraged to attend accredited courses to enhance their pedagogy. Along with this, our teachers receive in-house training each week on topics which are related to the successful delivery of the School Improvement Plan and enhancing their knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
To further improve the quality of teaching and learning at Diyafah, our Leadership Team work in collaboration with the teaching staff, monitoring lesson planning and carrying out regular observations to classes.

My son started FS1 this academic year at Diyafah. We loved how as parents we are integrated in our child’s learning journey from day one of school. The support and guidance we get from everyone from the school is awesome. My son is always looking forward to go to school to be with his teachers and friends each and every day. Diyafah International School is one of the best British Curriculum in Abudhabi, the school fee is affordable the facilities are excellent, the staff are very professional and Teacher delivery the subject course with highly qualified standart, both my children are in DIS since we come first time to Abudhabi till we relocate to others country ( 10 years) We wish Diyafah International School continued success in the future.

We're British-Asian family, my 4 children have joined Diyafah since 2020. As we'd lived in England for 10+ years I can assure that Diyafah follows the UK National curriculum seriously. Comparing to most schools in the UK, Diyafah is definitely much better.
