Career Development Foundation (CDF)

Career Development Association CDF is a non-profit foundation registered in 2009, No. 7577, the main objectives of the foundation are the development of society socially, culturally, economically and environmentally. We offer Women’s Empowerment and Capacity Building Programs which target Egyptian women Entrepreneurs, and female-headed households. Besides, Preparing youth for the labor market or being self-employment is therefore considered an important goal of the foundation. The Society in collaboration with civil society, both of which lead an important role in addressing the fundamental issues of development.

Capacity building for youth and women, raising the awareness of entrepreneurship to spread the culture of entrepreneurship. providing technical and financial support for small and medium enterprises to enhance its chances of success and growth, and help the community in various fields.

To become a leader in the development of civil society institutions in general and empowering youth and women in particular.

• Entrepreneurship education and the management of MSME’s.
• Developing the human resources management at the local and regional level.
• Support literacy .
• Supporting householder women and poor families.
• Holding seminars and conferences to exchange information and experiences.
• Develop a small business, and provide financial and technical support entrepreneurs.
