CLC is an educational preschool established in July 2004 and inspired by the Reggio Approach. CLC is dedicated to help form the character of the next generation, as well as aiding them with the tools of being independent learners. Focusing on early literacy is a number one priority. This is carried out thru one-to-one daily reading sessions, in a fun and proactive way that the children enjoy. The mission ofCLC is to scaffold children to be independent lifelong learners and to inspire them to develop creative and strong personalities, boosting self-responsibility and accentuating self-worth. This guidance is done by a psychologically trained and Reggio inspired teachers as well as by considering parents our partners throughout the whole process.
CLC is the only Professional Educational Child Psychology based Preschool in Egypt. A very significant asset of CLC is that we take great pride in is the psychological well-being of children. This is done in a number of ways, one of which is conducting periodical teachers training and parenting workshops under the guidance of Dr. Mona Youssri. In addition to such trainings, a department of resident psychologists and behavior coaches is available at all times, welcoming newcomers, easing their start with us "New Comers Strategy" where we follow a strict child psychology based strategy with new comers. This strategy implies a short visits system where the child starts coming to CLC for short visits with the parent. Under the supervision of the class psychologist, the short visit time is gradually extended followed by a gradual separation of the child from the parent. The process is a gradual monitored separation of the child from the parent to ensure the child’s psychological well-being during the child’s transfer from home to the nursery or from another nursery to CLC.
An asset of CLC that we take great pride in is the psychological well-being of the children. This is done in a number of ways, one of which is conducting periodical teachers training and parenting workshops under the guidance of Dr. Mona Youssri (Child Psychiatrist, Family Counselor and CLC Founder)In addition to such training, a department of resident psychologists and behavior coaches is available at all times, welcoming newcomers, easing their start with us, and also dealing with specific behavioral issues that might appear in some children as well as providing child counseling to parents and teachers whenever needed.
Early Literacy is a basic component of our approach. It is our belief that it is never too early for any child to learn, however every child learns at their own pace. This is provided for every child through daily individual one-to-one reading sessions using a leveled reading program that takes each child at his/her own pace.
Our unique early literacy methods have proven to be amazingly successful with our CLCians throughout the years. CLC graduates have shown significant distinction in their reading levels hence they were known to be the best in their schools and continued to be the best throughout the years.

I want to thank all CLC staff for the lovely time my child and I spent in CLC. It was a year full of education, passion, love and adventure. I highly recommend CLC to all parents looking for a safe place full of knowledge and unique experience for their little kids. I have to admit that CLC is not just a nursery; it is our second home. Really CLC totally differ from other nurseries in its educational system and that what makes it unique place for our kids. We are going to miss you all and for sure we are going to meet again in summer camps ?. Special thanks to Ms. Noha and Ms. Rasha for all the efforts done through the last year. In general at CLC my daughter and I have always felt like family which is not easy to find elsewhere.. I appreciate the time she spends there and everything she has been learning. I also really appreciate the workshops that CLC cares to provide so that us too, the parents, keep on learning along how to deal with our children.. With CLC, even events are different a big thank you for how you celebrated and really tried to pamper us on Mother's Day with the brunch, the zumba class, the presents. Another thank you for including her grandparents in events like family day or grandparents day it really made them happy.

Its really not easy as w working mum to find a place where you can leave your child in without any fears ; a place you can trust that your child will be raised phsycoligically , phiscally and mentally perfect .. However, you have proven that CLC is such a place . I would like to say thank you to each and everyone working in CLC for making such a friendly enviroment ..
