Dubai, UAE: The IPC Early Childhood Care – Level 2 teacher training program is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of early childhood practitioners across the region. The program focuses on international best practices in the field of ECE. Developing the program was a challenge, as it was important to provide scenarios and expose the participants from different countries to current best practices and more importantly the latest research.
The Level 2 program takes 6 months to complete and consists of 7 modules; each module is a treasure trove of information, learning, video links and research. Participants are required to submit assignments online and at the end of the program will receive a pass/distinction certification.
The e-learning portal designed for the IPC programs in the Middle East provides participants with a user-friendly, simple and interactive experience. Participants are supported on-line by highly qualified trainers and are encouraged to contribute on the online forums.

Maliha Ahad, Director AIM Middle East, said: “It is wonderful to see the program growing, we are looking at participants from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, India, Pakistan, Egypt and Nigeria. This program is in line with our mission to enhance the teaching standards of early childhood education across the region.”
The IPC Early Childhood Care – Level 2 program is suitable for teachers who are already working in an early childhood setting without formal qualifications in ECE, for those who wish to acquire an international certification and for those who wish to start a career in Early Childhood.
The next round of the program starts on November 19, 2017.
