Advance Leadership and Teamwork Building

The program is focusing upon to main themes, the first is the leadership and its role in strategic, corporate planning, Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT), the Quality Management Systems requirement and definition, their impact on general management audit and control.

The second theme is focusing on team work and the dynamics of the team, Process area of team work which cover the major success factors management theories and executive stress management and prevention will be considered.
