This is flagship course in our Education Division that emphasizes instructional planning, various instructional methods, and strategies. Learners will be introduced to the latest research and trends in teaching methods and pedagogical techniques that focus on student engagement and understanding. Participants will be able to practice the techniques and approaches discussed and understand the advantages and limitations of each.
Teachers and educators who want to excel in their careers and gain a better understanding of the science of learning and the latest research supporting the worldwide trends in pedagogy.
At the completion of the course, teachers will be able to describe and discuss their personal theory of teaching and learning based on a critical analysis of implicit theories formed throughout the course of the training. Ability to summarize and debate the pros and cons of teacher-centered and Student-centered teaching methods and state their position as a teacher.
