The objective of the program is to equip the participants with knowledge and tools to develop a project feasibility model and analyze financing proposals. This will involve forecasting financial statements and assessing financial feasibility using advanced excel tools. We will be using a green field real estate project as a case study which will additionally equip participants with the phase wise financial and business planning for one of the leading industries in UAE.
