Advance primavera P6 Training course is designed to P6 users a more in depth features of primavera P6 planning. The participants learn by practicing through a series of exercises and generating report of resource leveling, project ahead / behind of schedule, over or under budget by analyzing the earned value KPI’s. Analysis of Cash flows, risk managing, variances and tracking layouts enable participants to apply skills learned throughout the course to monitor and control planning.
