ViPR Group Athletic

ViPR Athletic was created for the more athletic population and provides a unique atmosphere for the group fitness industry. Not only do the PLAY/Challenges provide an enjoyable and unique experience, the circuits were formatted to improve various energy systems with the intent of helping the users become better fat and carbohydrate burners (oxidisers).

ViPR Athletic is characterized by:

• Not synchronized to music
• Time interval-based training in a circuit format with stations – participants push themselves to their own limit and create an air of competition within their own group
• Instructor is the coach
• Circuit stations followed by active recovery and a PLAY/Challenge
• Athlete controls the tempo
