Twist Functional Training 101
The focus of the course is on enhancing human function through the development of a firm foundation to provide clients of all ages and backgrounds with improved physical tools to pursue their goals in fitness, activity and in life.
You will learn the four components of balance, core, strength and movement. You will also learn the theory of the science behind each of these foundations of functional training, as well as practical exercises with progressions and regressions to apply to clients of any age, sport and ability.
