Course Overview

Communication involves much more than just the words we say…., it also includes your body language while you are saying the message. The other person’s ability to absorb the information depends on their preferred learning style. What you say will then determine whether you are successful in this area or not. Successful communicators understand all of the action signals and communication strategies from a person and adopt their style to make sure that their communications are effective.
