Delivered through a dynamic combination of study days and experience, it covers all aspects of a working hotel, from front of house and housekeeping to restaurants and kitchens, as well as the planning and operations involved in conference events and weddings. AIAL experience is unlike any other student experience. This is an intensive course during which you study for around 3 months.
