Master of Strategic Leadership (MSL)

The objective of the Master of Strategic Leadership (MSL) program is to help ‘up-skill’ and professionally support graduates employed in the UAE and the region who reached positions of leadership and senior management without sufficient professional development or support needed to succeed in these roles. The MSL program is delivered with an emphasis on the practitioner perspective, making the learning experience particularly relevant for experienced managers. The program uses a coaching approach and improves strategic leadership skills, leading organizational change, leading cross-cultural and high performing teams, and research skills.

This a the only program of its kind in the UAE designed to prepare experienced professionals for leadership roles. MSL graduates will be able to:

• Evaluate self-leadership behavior, and develop a strategic leadership style
• Apply concepts and theories of leadership, organizational behavior, change management, and communication for addressing sustainable organizational issues in a cross-cultural organizational context
• Apply theories and practices of team work for creating, managing and leading efficient and effective teams
• Incorporate sustainability and research skills in organizational decision making.
