At CBS, our goal is to continue to improve the quality of education we provide to our students and also to make sure our families and those interested in attending our school have all the information needed to make decisions on your child’s education. Our new website includes information on our Academic programs, extra-curricular activities, student leadership program and how students experience school life at CBS. While it has been a challenging year, CBS continues to provide a strong on-line program with opportunities for extra-curricular activities.

At CBS we understand the importance of building relationships to support our student’s success. We are a small school that caters to the needs of our students in a holistic way, supporting their academic, social, emotional and physical development.

Because we are a small school, students are able to develop relationships with all staff and staff interact more easily with all students throughout the day thereby creating a secure and supportive environment for student learning and overall development.

We use our school’s mission statement to “promote a respectful, safe and supportive environment, encouraging high expectations and academic success”. We strive to keep abreast of best practices to help our students achieve their goals. At CBS, the character traits are used to develop and inspire individual students to realize their potential which we hope will in turn benefit the community at large.

At CBS, we are proud of our qualified, experienced and well-trained faculty, who are dedicated to helping students develop a curiosity and interest in the world around them. Our students love coming to school because the process of learning is exciting and intellectually stimulating.

We also believe in the importance of partnerships between parents and the school, as this collaboration is the best way to cater to each child’s learning needs. A child’s success is directly related to parental involvement in their personal and academic growth. Therefore, we welcome feedback from parents on any matters related to the interests of their children.
