Graduate Certificate of Social Entrepreneurship
The Graduate Certificate of Social Entrepreneurship seeks to develop and apply core business management principles to a range of social and environmental needs.
This program exposes students to issues related to social enterprises and develops core management skills in the process. Social Entrepreneurship (SE) addresses a social need by responding with entrepreneurial principles to achieve social change. Business entrepreneurs are driven to achieve profits and return, while social entrepreneurs also seek to create social change. The main aim of SE is to further social and environmental goals through innovative ventures or practices. This can be achieved by creating new business ventures or within existing for profit, not-for-profit or governmental institutions.

Units are what we call subjects. Most full-time students take four units – each worth a fixed number of credit points – per session.
Most postgraduate courses require a successfully completed Australian bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised institution and may also require a specific grade point average (GPA). Our admissions team will determine whether your qualification meets the requirements.
