This course provides students graduates and practising professionals with advanced knowledge in organisational psychology. Students completing this course will be able to work in a wide range of organisations, in both the public and private sector, applying their knowledge to areas such as employee or organisational development, evaluation of programs or human factors, strategic human resources management, and even executive/managerial roles. The course includes a set of core units of study together with 91 hours of placement experience organised by the university and available in a variety of workplace settings. This course is ideal for those who want to work in the area of organisational psychology but do not require psychology registration. Students with a bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent and two years full-time equivalent work experience at a managerial or professional level are eligible to complete this Diploma.
