BBA in Law (Honors)

The BBA LLB programme is especially designed for ambitious students who aspire, not only to be great lawyers, but also successful managers who will be able to lead teams. BBA LLB provides an integrated understanding of the inter-disciplines of management studies and law. It covers areas of management and the development of leadership skills together with a thorough grounding in the core areas of law. Students learn through lectures, seminars and workshops supplemented with their own independent study whilst in Moot Courts students hone their presentation and argument skills.

The five year integrated programme prepares the students with the syllabus mentioned in BCI Rules together with specialisation of domain electives so as to equip them to appear before courts or tribunals and perform other essential roles of law professionals. The programme structure is framed to bridge a crucial gap and creates synergies by bringing management and law together.

Having an Amity University Dubai law degree means you can appear for clients at the DIFC courts and in Indian courts. Students can look to the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) for opportunities similar to those found in Free Zones. Students will be able to develop the ability to understand the inter-relationship of law and business administration with regards to the various managerial aspects. Students will be able to analyse issues and problems in a global business environment and develop business and statistical acumen together with legal skills.

Students will be able to develop a broad and comprehensive approach towards socio-legal issues, and successfully analyse, interpret, and communicate legal information. Students will be able to enhance their skills in advocacy and counseling. Students will be able to recognise the importance of lifelong learning throughout their career.
