In this class, you will learn from a professional, award-winning chef how to make your own fruit-based sorbet and milk, egg & cream base ice cream, from mixing the right ingredients and flavors to pasteurizing and freezing your very own creation. Try it out and get amazed at the endless possibilities you can make by yourself. Choose the flavor you want to learn from vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, mango, butter pecan, cookie dough ice cream or Nutella.
