A team of experienced certified yoga instructors will guide you into a total immersive relaxation experience by alternating rhythmic sequences of Yin Yoga, Aqua Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Chakra Activation. You will get treated with fresh juices to keep you energized during your workout. By the end of the session, enjoy yourself at the Hotel's spa for the perfect relaxation experience.
What you'll learn
- Yin Yoga: is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, helping you regulate the flow of energy in your body.
- Yoga Nidra: or yogic sleep, is an immensely powerful meditation technique and one of the easiest yoga practices to perform.
- Chakra activation: targets to improve the performance of the organs and glands as well as refining the personality traits and characteristics. Chakras are the 7 main energy centers in the body and you will learn how to utilize them.
- Aqua Yoga is a gentle and shallow impact aquatic activity. Through the release of gravity, the body can find the optimum stretches. By using the rhythm of the breath, an inner sense of relaxation is achieved.
Yoga Retreat Program Outline
- Yin Yoga (11:00 am - 12:15 pm)
- Yoga Nidra (12:15 - 12:45 pm)
- Fresh juices & break (12:45 pm- 1:00 pm)
- Chakra Activation (1:00 pm - 1:30 pm)
- Aqua Yoga session in an outdoor swimming pool (1:30 pm- 2:15 pm)
- Free Access to Shangrila-Spa (Optional, available until 5:00 pm)
