

A shout-out to all the tough gals out there! Kick, punch and strike your way out of a dangerous situation or learn it to appease your love and interest for martial arts with this kickboxing class for ladies only.
Depending on your current fitness and skill level, Rima will adjust the intensity of all exercises to make sure you practice and learn at your own pace. Also, you can tell Rima if you would like to put more effort on the kickboxing/self-defense or workout/cardio part. All classes are given 1-on-1 (up to 3 persons).
Your instructor, Rima Moujalli, is a certified and highly experienced personal trainer covering a wide range of classes including Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, Nutrition and Kickboxing.
Students must have their own boxing gloves and hand wraps
