Rugby Training

Description

This private rugby coaching is open to rugby players of all abilities and can be given exclusively to one player or for a small group of players. It focuses on improving a player’s confidence, technique, skill set and fitness. Every session is tailored to the individual's needs and improving techniques specific to their position.

Coach Peter Judge has been assisting sportspeople with his diligent preparation, analytical skills, techniques, and motivation for mentoring and bringing out the best in players. He is a qualified and experienced personal trainer in the field of health and fitness, and currently plays for the Dubai Hurricanes Rugby Club.

Private Rugby Training Highlights

• Goal setting looking at short and long-term goals and putting in place a plan on how to achieve them
• Player profiling assessment looking at the technical, tactical, mental & physical attributes of the player and how to improve on them
• Skill-specific coaching if the player has the all-around game but wants to sharpen up on a specific part of the game e.g. Goal Kicking
• Analysis sessions with the player based on training sessions
