

This try-out class is for mothers who dare to take the challenge to join their daughter's gymnastics training session. It is a great opportunity to spend some quality time together while developing motor skills, strength, flexibility, body awareness, hand-eye coordination, and self-confidence. Each session includes warm-ups, stretching and a selective introduction to beams, bars, trampoline and popular gymnastics moves.
Mothers can decide the extent of exercises they want to participate in or which things to try or not to try out together with their daughter. While a lot of emphases is put on teaching gymnastics skills correctly and with good form, safety and fun are the most important aspects of this class at any stage.
