This 2-day healthy lifestyle journey course will give you a comprehensive and personalized guidance on how to begin changing your habits to opt for healthier choices. Lifestyle dietician Bana Idris will walk you through the journey: from consultation to cleaning out the junk food in your kitchen to adopting new habits like healthy grocery shopping and workout activities.

What to expect in this 2-day journey healthy lifestyle journey?

Day 1: At-home session (3-hours)

  • Private consultation: This is an informal table talk session with your nutrition expert who will teach you how to adopt healthy habits that suit your body’s needs. Bana will assess your current diet and lifestyle, identify the things you need to change and guide you on adjusting your food intake.
  • Cupboard cleaning: Bana will go through your kitchen cabinets and fridge to bring out "junk food" that can be replaced with healthier alternatives.
  • Healthy home-cooking session: Learn to cook a healthy meal at your own kitchen in just 15 minutes for each dish! Bana will show you quick, easy & healthy recipes with a lot of meal planning tips.

Day 2: Outdoor sessions (3-hours)

  • Refining your restaurant choices: You will experience first-hand how to order healthy dishes at a restaurant. Bana will show you how to choose dishes that are less in calories while being healthy, even when you dine-out.
  • Healthy supermarket shopping: Bana will be your personal grocery guide in your chosen supermarket, where she will teach you how to shop healthy. You will learn how to pick the right ingredients and make better choices while you pick groceries.
  • Active workout activity: Bana will show you unique fun ways to workout, without hitting the gym. This is a fun personal training session and can be given on the beach, or any other activity of your choice like rock climbing or horseback riding (additional fees will be paid by the customer).

About the instructor

Bana Idris is a licensed dietitian, but not your typical one! She does not believe in diets and hates scales, but she believes that changing your lifestyle is the only way to go. Bana will help you skip dieting and help you become your own dietitian!
