This Pilates principles class is perfect for beginners, introducing you the basics and how to execute them throughout the mat work repertoire. Going through the routines aims to establish core strength while facilitating a mind-body connection.
This class provides the knowledge to transition into the group mat class with ease. You can take 1 session as a trial but it is recommended that you attend at least 5 sessions before moving to Core Power Pilates, the next level of Pilates training.
