Enjoy a unique yet relaxing bonding activity with your little one through yoga.
This Mommy and Baby Yoga class focuses on strengthening the spiritual, emotional and physical bond between parent and child. Using interactive, slow-moving postures, the class is ideal for mommies and babies from newborn to crawling age. The sessions will help carry you smoothly through the busy early months of caring for a new baby. Previous experience in yoga is not required.
Take 1 session as a trial but it is recommended that you attend at least 5 sessions to experience the benefits of the practice. Classes can be rebooked until desired results are achieved.
Price for 1 person is the combined price for 1 mom and 1 baby
