Eligibility / Requirements

SHRM-CP

• 3 years in HR role – HR related associate degree
• 4 years in HR role – Non HR related associate degree
• 1 year in HR role – HR related bachelor degree
• 2 years in HR role – Non HR related bachelor degree
• Currently in HR role – HR related master degree
• 1 year in HR role – Non HR related maste degree

SHRM-SCP

• 6 years in HR role – HR related associate degree
• 7 years in HR role – Non HR related associate degree
• 4 years in HR role – HR related bachelor degree
• 5 years in HR role – Non HR HR related bachelor degree
• 3 years in HR role – HR Related Master degree
• 4 years in HR role – Non HR related master degree
