Moreover, the role of the HR Department is becoming increasingly complex, integrated into every aspect of the organization's performance, and is now seen as a vital component for the company's success and indeed survival. HR intervenes strategically with all functions to make sure that the human power of the organization is capable to meet and exceed the company's targets and strategic goals.This workshop is designed to train candidates on the fundamentals of Human Resources Management, what it is, what it does and what it should accomplish to achieve organizational excellence.
