It's a great university very underused. It has a large space and great facilities but we know that aid is given, and because it does not seem to have much, student activity is very poor
Much of the teaching faculty is accidentally giving them, because the main task of university professor is the research and few people give truly motivated class. I have come to listen to my teachers say, "I have to give this matter, but as we do not know, I give you this, which is my field."
The fact that they can not expel or dismiss a teacher makes education received is, in many cases, poor. The strange thing is that professionals leave these facilities.
