INTEC Certificate in Paralegal Studies

Delve into the interesting world of the Paralegal and find out how the debt collecting process works, what civil litigation means and understand how legal practice operates. As you study, you will learn more about the various types of laws in SA and how they affect us. Whether it's Criminal law, Property law and Conveyancing or Wills and estates, the law affects everyone. Grade 12 or equivalent, or relevant work experience (2 years).

Assessment

All assignments are optional, but you need to write and pass 7 formal exams. Please note that exams are written in June and October of each year. You should complete an examination entry form and submit it to the College, together with the prescribed examination fee before the closing date for the next examination.
