• Outline and describe key definitions of coaching and it's role as a key leadership approach
• Identify current coaching effectiveness and to explore key competencies required to make an effective coach
• Explore how the concept of Fixed and Growth Mindset can impact coaching conversations
• Practise elements of effective communication techniques to support coaching conversations
• Explain the GROW model and how this can be used as a supportive coaching framework
