Brisbane Dance Centre is the place to be if you wish to learn how to participate in the art of “Classical Ballet”. Brisbane Dance Centre also offers many other genres in order to give our dancers an overall dance and performance education. We cater for those who are just starting off their dancing journey to those who are on the doorstep of a professional career. From tiny tots to adults

Brisbane Dance Centre is able to transition a tiny tot, learning their first steps, into a competent and confident dancer. The talented and gifted are well looked after at Brisbane Dance Centre as demonstrated by our past results. We also pride ourselves in assisting those who are dancing because they just love it. In all students, we can improve their levels of fittness, concentration, self worth, coordination and working with others in a group.

A course for students from years 10 and up. The course consists of one full day where students participate in Conditioning, Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Pas de Deux or Modern Partnering and Repertoire. Students need to have their academic school’s permission to attend. This program is part of the Brisbane Ballet School, delivering an elite training system for physically talented and committed dance students who attend for a full day every Friday with their academic school’s permission.

The Brisbane Ballet School, Excellence Program is a full- day per week dedicated 12 month course inline with the academic school year for students aged 10 years and above seeking professional dance and performance tuition with the goal of making dance and performance a professional career. There are performance opportunities each year which students may be asked to perform in. These may include, but are not limited to In Houses, Eisteddfods, Showcase and Graduation. Brisbane Dance Centre currently offers a range of dance classes for children as young as three years old. All classes taught at Brisbane Dance Centre are under the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus.
