Riphah International University, Islamabad is a private University, chartered by the Federal Government of Pakistan in 2002. The University was established with a view to produce professionals with Islamic moral and ethical values. It is sponsored by a not-for-profit trust; namely Islamic International Medical College Trust (IIMCT), created in 1995. The first project of the IIMCT was the Islamic International Medical College, Rawalpindi, established in 1996 by its Founding Managing Trustee; Maj. Gen. (Retd.) Muhammad Zulfiqar Ali Khan, TI(M), TBt (Late).
Currently the University has 7 faculties and various academic departments and an overseas project, namely, RAK College of Dental Sciences, UAE. The University is also working on establishment of its campus in Mauritius.
Riphah International University, Islamabad was included in “W” Category Universities by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in 2005 and soon was included in the top five universities in the private sector who qualify to receive research grants from the Government of Pakistan through the HEC. Recently, Riphah is ranked at the second position among all the private national universities of general category. Further, the Quality Enhancement Cell of the University got first position among the private sector “W” Category Universities of the Country according to the score card formulated by the HEC. Riphah is the first University of the Country that has been certified under ISO 9001:2008 Standard announced by the UK based Lloyd’s Register, which is one of the top five global independent risk management and safety assurance organizations.
The mission of the Trust is: “Establishment of State-of-the-Art Educational Institutions with a focus on Inculcating Islamic Ethical Values."
IIMC-T intends to help Muslim Ummah in solving the pressing problem of deteriorating academic standard, by establishing State of the Art Institutions in Pakistan, engaging eminent scholars and scientists. In accordance with the mission statement, strong emphasis is laid on inculcation of islamic ethical values amongst the students to produce good muslim doctors, engineers and social scientists.
Developing the leaders of tomorrow who have capability to proactively lead the changing business dynamics Today's changing socio-business environment and increasing globalization have created an international community demanding global management. In this context, the aim of Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) is to provide students with knowledge, skills and attitudes that will help them begin their career anywhere in the world and to ensure that they will have the education to meet their goals and become leaders in their own field. To achieve this, the program provides students with a broad and thorough knowledge of the main features of organization management and current comprehensive analysis of management theory and practices, and promotes students understanding with applied innovative learning and teaching practices. Within this context, students get familiar with both the theoretical background and the practical techniques of Business Administration.

Well, I found everything about Riphah exciting.The study is excellent and so is the environment.The faculty and staff members are very cooperative and friendly.The electrical engineering department of Riphah improve your technical skills under guidance of supervisors.Another best thing about Electrical Engineering department is that it is recognized by "Washington Accord".Riphah university also conducts CPD workshops in collaborations with many industries and companies which are highly beneficial to students.There are also many extra curricular activities like Riphahrenheit(Sports week), student's day and many other competitions.There are also many student's societies one of the most prominent is RSE.Everything about Riphah is amazing and perfect.

I did my BDS from Riphah International University. Its a great platfrom for learning higher education. The staff and teachers are very cooperative. The environment is amazing. The patient flow at hospital side is too good to improve your clinical skills under the guidance of supervisors. There are also many recreational activities like sports week and funfair. Every year the university held a dental camp in hospital for poor patients. The community dentistry department and Riphah also organize dental camps in different schools every year to promote oral hygiene awareness in children and their parents.The university also conducts seminars and workshops in which highly qualified professionals and dentists from different cities of Pakistan and foreign countries come. This is a great opportunity to learn about new skills and inventions in dentistry all aronud the world. One of the best thing about Riphah is that i made new friends who have now become my best friends. So i can say that Riphah has given me friends for life and beautiful memories

It shouldn't be call a university, probably calling it a school would represent it better. No extra-curricular activities at all plus such a weird environment of the institute. Undue strictness can't benefit students, those graduating from here can't survive in the practical life where one needs to have some skills too alongside with his degree. Such degrees aren't beneficial at all for students..!!!
