National College of Business Administration & Economics

Back in 1994 NCBA&E was founded as a private institute. Practicing excellence in teaching, learning and a close partnership with industry, its commitment and hard work earned a well reputed place in the aspects of management studies. In 1997 Computer science was introduced as a practicing discipline and in 2002 finally the college got the charter from the Government of the Punjab. This was in recognition of the never ending excellence and dedication for improvement by the college administration.

NCBA&E as an educational institution plays a key role in the city and region in which it operates. We are located in the heart of Lahore, which is the second largest city of Pakistan, it has been the historical capital of Punjab, and it is a vibrant centre of education, industry, commerce and tourism.

Currently NCBA&E is covering a vast range of disciplines and offering career programs at multiple levels such as; professional certifications, undergraduate studies, graduate studies, and post graduate studies.

It is a matter of pride for us that we at NCBA&E have been working wholeheartedly in making a difference – to our students, to our staff and to the disciplines and organizations we work with. Our research and educational training, alongside our sought after graduates, contribute to the economic and social development of both our region and Pakistan as a whole.

Our facilities are state-of-the-art for we have constantly been investing in new technology to ensure that our technological capability matches the cutting-edge approach of our teaching. We are recognized as a Centre of Research Excellence for the aspects of teaching, learning and employability.

To be a reliable center for safeguarding and enhancing the quality and standards of the core functions of NCBA&E i.e., teaching-learning, research and community services. To ensure a high quality and relevant education, research and community service at NCBA&E. To this end, it will assure key stakeholders of the university that program of study, the t-learning, research and community services are of appropriate quality.

National College of Business Administration & Economics (NCBA&E) has been rated as “W” category by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan: it is the highest accreditation category awarded by HEC.

The story of excellence and dedication for improvement is continuous. Currently NCBA&E has three schools covering a vast range of disciplines and offers career programs at multiple levels like professional certifications, undergraduate studies, graduate studies, and post graduate studies. The number of schools will be increased to five in the near future as the status of the college is changed to that of a university.
