When the University operations started in October 1999, it offered courses in Management Studies, Information Technology, Commerce and Law through its principal constituents i.e. Punjab College of Business Administration (PCBA), Punjab Institute of Computer Sciences (PICS) & Punjab College of Information Technology (PCIT), Punjab College of Commerce (PCC) and Punjab Law College (PLC) respectively, all situated in Lahore.
UCP offers everything students need to develop and succeed in their academic and professional lives. To make the learning experience enjoyable and fulfilling, students are provided with cutting edge facilities and infrastructure, multiple labs with latest and highly sophisticated equipment. Airconditioned classrooms equipped with multimedia projectors facilitates the teaching process by enhancing learning and understanding.
Besides multiple computer labs various Instrumentation and Measurement, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Communication and Networking labs are set up to provide engineering students an opportunity for hands-on experience.
With Wi-Fi facility available around the clock on the campus, students have uninterrupted access to the internet that allows them to search information and conduct research anywhere on the campus. Free use of the computer labs is also available along with the technical assistance. UCP has an on-campus bookstore, ladies’ lounge, cafeteria and food street for the convenience of students.

I am currently a student at ucp and I must say that it is an awesome place for some one who wants to learn. Strict study environment. Excellent facilities provided to students. Bluffers can not survive here . You can't leave class otherwise absent will be marked. Amazing experience and study environment.

A private university that is located in a wide area. This university have a wide variety of subjects to be taught from bachelors degree till PhD degree program. It have more than 100 degree programs offered in it and the lecturers are highly qualified. Its degree is of a great worth and it is listed in good universities.

This University has a very unique and good architectural design. University has a good and big library. There are many faculties include IT, Business, Pharmacy, Media, etc.
There is an in-campus hostel for female students. I was an IT student here, I can assure you that University has very excellent and highly paid faculty of IT. The university is affiliated with many good foreign universities. Three things that this University lack are In Campus Playground, Proper Mosque, Strong Placement Office...

it is the best uni in which i was studied in Pharmacy...ucp rules are very strict and thats good for the students itself and societies are the bakcbone of ucp.
The main reason that other unis lack is the best managment of ucp.....its library are the most beautiful library in all Pakistan in my opinion.
but but something are not feel good in ucp
1.there is no proper place for Masjid
2.washrooms are not clean
3.there is not enough Space for students outside the building.
overall i love ucp
