At Blackpool and The Fylde College, the dedicated staff truly invest in each student's success, fostering an environment where my child has flourished academically and personally.

I just graduated with a first class honours degree in Fine Art and Professional Practice, an excellent course which provides you with a practical art education whilst equipping you to begin life as a professional in the world of art. The tutors, especially Nick Kowalski and Ann Carragher are committed and passionate about the subject and caring of the students' wellbeing. This course should not be seen as an easy option, you are expected to work hard and use your initiative in both your practical and your academic work. You are constantly challenged to do your very best work and if you rise to the challenge you can expect great results!

I've just graduated with a first-class honours degree in photography as a mature student and it was the best decision I've ever made doing a degree at B&FC. The tutors on the BA(Hons) Photography course are amazing, such knowledge and passion for the subject, fully supportive throughout and engaged with my photography practice. I consider myself very fortunate to have completed my degree with the tutors at Blackpool.

Absolute rubbish- how on earth you get good reviews baffles me- the staff and the college could not care about anything except getting money out of people. Family of mine have had Lecturers give out the wrong dates for exams and graduation meaning they missed both and provided 0 support for struggling students. This is about Bispham campus specifically.

I studied at the university centre for a few years, and about to go back to do the support teaching and leaning FdA, the lecturers and other staff in the university site are great and very, very supportive.

This college is not like it used to be. Don't bother with an apprenticeship, tutors don't appear to be interested as most are part time tutors and are teaching areas they have minimal skills in. My son is still waiting for his certificate after completing his course in May. Nobody returns calls or voicemails. As he is working full time, tutors have gone by 3pm so no chance of getting there to find them.

Great collage great support, yes they had their issues like staff leaving and some off sick not long after the term started. However that is going to happen anywhere and there is nothing that can be done we got the staff that we needed to get through the course. you work with them they will work with you and see to it you pass. :) :)

Awful place, don't study your university course here, lecturers not turning up, poor work set, no replies to emails, very rude staff, these people couldn't even read out the right award or name for me for my Honours Degree. University fees may rise by £250 next year to reflect quality of teaching, if these guys put the fees up THEY ARE LYING!
