GSM London (formerly the Greenwich School of Management) is a distinctive higher education provider that has been delivering degree-level education for over 40 years. We have campuses in Greenwich and Greenford and a study centre at London Bridge. Our partnership with Plymouth University means that our students receive a final qualification/degree awarded by one of the UK’s top modern universities. GSM London is genuinely inclusive, helping students to realise their aspirations whatever their situation. We encourage them to have bold dreams, and we focus on employability from day one. We currently have around 7,000 students studying for a range of business-related degrees. Our diverse student body comes from local communities in Greenwich and Greenford, and we have also attracted a strong following from many overseas markets such as the Gulf States, Nigeria, and the Far East as well as Europe.
The College differentiates itself from other providers in higher education by embracing the opportunities of diversity and inclusion. About 80%of our students live within 10 miles of their campus, 90% are Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME), 80% are mature and 16.6% are drawn from POLAR 1 and 2 postcodes (the largest percentage of any higher education institution in London). To meet the educational needs of this unusual, dynamic and entrepreneurial student base, we are pioneering strengths-based learning in the UK in which we build on the life and work experiences of our students.
We are undergoing an extensive programme of continuous improvement based on insight from our students and staff that aims to enhance their experience at the College. Over the past year this has included:

THE WORST UNIVERSITY EVER. The place is a JOKE. Lecturers don’t have a clue what they’re teaching. Organisation of the institution is APPALLING. Took me SIX weeks to get my timetable when I first started and as a result missed the first semester and was told “Just resit it at the end of the year”. There’s a reason why they pay you to refer students and also a reason why the degree is cheaper than usual. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING TO THIS UNIVERSITY!!

Overall a positive experience because of my class mates. Some teachers need to revise their methods of teaching and mannerism of teaching.

I am very happy i finally had the opportunity to write a review as this is the only way they would listen to me. GSM is a very disorganised institution and regrets the very first day i sign whatever agreement i had with them. i would honestly say this is the worst institution i have ever been and the only thing they are good at is how to collect fees at when due. i rather go broke than recommend anyone i know for the sake of £250 cos it doesn't worth it. if you are not careful gsm and all its staff will RUINE your education and the worst part of it is that you don't know who to turn to as every department seem to be making decision that contradict each other. its sad. as far as i am concern non of my relative will ever attend this School. Never!!! if they don't change i am very sure they will someday close their doors like every other college. you keep receiving student three times a year and it is reducing the quality of education giving to students.

I have had a great experience at GSM London in pursuing my degree in Computer Science. There has been an immense amount of support from lecturers that has guided me well throughout my time of study. I am happy to recommend GSM London to others as an excellent higher education institute.

I am curently student at GSM London and i can say it is a place to learn new things and discover your stenght and wekness.I read the negative reviews and i strongly disagree.I study law here and my lectures are extremely well prepared.I love attending classes, every day i learn new things.I attended my exams, first after a 10 years gap,and because of this lectures i was able to pass them.Obviously if you don't study you can't have a eazy life at this uni.I mean i don't know what people expect, but attending higher education is about research and independent study.

they staff can relate to students issues and they are willing to go an extra mile to help students achieve their goals. Thanks to your support, today I am starting my third year.

An absolutely appalling learning faculty, this so called university has no regard to students progressing and no care for student well being. The modules that are set out for each programme have no relevance whatsoever to the programmes. As a previous Business and HR management student I have not learnt much about the Subject as they did not teach much about it, but rather they have set out irrelevant modules to the programme. They give false hope to students at the university as most end up not getting the job they have studied towards the past 3 years.

At Greenwich School of Management, the education is top-notch, complemented by an incredibly supportive staff that has played a pivotal role in my child's remarkable growth and confidence.
