If you are a (very) mature student looking to resit your maths GCSE (O Level) then i recommend Julie Scott on the evening course. She is straight forward, patient and perseveres with people until they pass! I know, i have sat it three times and eventually passed yesterday! Thanks again

Having the opportunity to complete my performing arts BTECH level 2 and level 3, it was an amazing experience. The staff are the best, the course leader is such an amazing director and the other staff have such a high quality of teaching and the head of the course he is funny, but scary. I just want to thank the staff for making my time so enjoyable and would recommend the college to everyone.

The communication between staff and pupils is okay, But there are a few lecturers who don't care and will just pass you about like a fat lad with a sarnie if you have a problem.

Studying complementary healthcare at New College Durham made up two of the best years of my life. The course content was very interesting and our course leader Kay Dover was phenomenal in terms of her knowledge and ability to teach effectively. The campus itself is modern and a really lovely place to be. I loved all the people on my course and I thoroughly recommend attending this college. if I could do it again, I would in a heartbeat.

I Started the access course in September 2013, it is a fantastic course with amazing support from staff and fellow students. I secured a place at Teesside university in September 2014 and graduated as a Adult nurse on Friday. I would never have achieved this without the support and guidance of the staff. The access course gave me the skills and foundation I need to do my degree.
Thanks you for helping me achieve my dream.

Just passed my maths GCSE having studied part time with Julie Scott. An amazing, inspirational, dedicated tutor who has supported me throughout. She has made maths actually enjoyable and now I actually miss maths homework and can honestly say I LOVE ALGEBRA! Never thought those words would come out of my mouth. If I can do it at 47 years of age then anyone can. Thanks Julie.
