Regent's Park was designed in 1811 by John Nash, the favoured architect of the Prince Regent, later George IV. Surrounded by grand residential terraces, the park spans 410 acres and includes a lake, canal and a number of exclusive villas. The land became part of the royal estate when it was seized by the Crown following Henry VIII's dissolution of the monasteries. The royal connection is more gently remembered today in Queen Mary's gardens, which were laid out at the centre of Regent's Park in the 1930s. More than 30,000 roses of 400 varieties can be found in the gardens.

In 2012 Regent's College gained its own taught-degree awarding powers and the following year the institution was awarded university status, becoming Regent's University London in June 2013. Our mission is to develop tomorrow’s global leaders. Our students learn in a supportive, personal environment and enter the world of work as leaders and entrepreneurs. We are independent and not-for-profit. As a charity, our surplus income is re-invested in the student experience, rather than being paid as dividends to shareholders.

Our campus in the heart of Regent’s Park in central London is the envy of other institutions. With 11 acres of private gardens, our estate is a quiet, secluded haven in which to live and study. Our proximity to the centre of London means that everything the capital has to offer is on your doorstep. The city beyond provides a rich extension to the classroom.

Our students are confident, cosmopolitan and connected. They become independent thinkers, prepared to make their mark in a globalised world. Our graduates build successful international careers in a range of industries, as well as becoming entrepreneurs, starting their own companies, or returning to ensure the success of family businesses. All our students pay the same fees, regardless of nationality. Our fees reflect our commitment to the highest level of service and education. Regent’s is a meeting place for people from across the globe. With more than 140 nationalities represented on campus, we are the most internationally diverse university in the UK.

Studying in London has been transformative for my child; the dedicated faculty and engaging curriculum have sparked a remarkable growth in her confidence and skills.

I have done an MSc in Digital Marketing here. The course taught me good skills of the digital environment and I enjoyed most of my courses. Some improvements need to be done to keep up the pace of the digital world and to provide an outstanding course level. However, I am happy since I found a job in less than 3 months. Campus is beautiful and staff is nice. I enjoyed the international environment of my class and of the overall uni. As I said, the type of course is unique and has great value. Some improvements (teaching more listening tools, practical examples and more case studies) will make it a strong option for people interested in the sector.

Had a great experience as a short-term study abroad student from the United States over the summer. Really loved the University and the staff, but they could stand to invest a few pounds in better mattresses. Other than that I had a tremendous experience

I had a wondeful experience at Regent's as an exchange student. The campus is extraordinary and well-located, it's also a small university so it's easy to get around and make friends. The teachers are very friendly and really close to the students like I've never seen before in any other university. I wish I could've finished my degree here, truly a wonderful university. Probably the special one in London.

A very good university. There are some very good teachers, a few good spots to it including Starbucks and Costa coffee. Atmosphere and the view are probably the best you can find across all London universities.
