The education we’ve experienced at the South Yorkshire University is unparalleled; the dedicated staff truly uplift the students, and I can proudly witness the remarkable growth in my child’s confidence and knowledge.

I really enjoyed my first year in Rotherham College, lovely teachers they did their best to teach us all necessary things and encourage us. The staff is welcoming :) Good equipment: we can access to laptop or computer through our badge. It's a great pleasure to study in this college even if I move to Sheffield I still study there <3 Hope I'll enjoy my second year :D

This is a very nice college overall. The Dinnington campus is very clean and has a nice atmosphere, the staff are very thorough with their teaching and are clear about their expectations and any things that you might need to improve on. I have thoroughly enjoyed my course at Rotherham college and would recommend this college to anyone looking to a study a course here.

Jo, Sally and the team in the Education Faculty are amazing people, the level of support given on the Foundation Degree in Learning Support is outstanding. Definitely worth considering RCAT if this is your area of interest.

A confused introduction to an access course, lessons on referencing should be given at the beginning of the course not 4 months in. Tutors try their best but you can see they are struggling under the pressure and as a result getting help from them outside of class time is difficult.

Completed two qualifications here. Firstly when I was there it was undergoing a lot of changes, and to be fair it did improve greatly. With that said, and the reason i'm giving it 3 stars is because of the staff. Most are great and care about your education, others not so much. To the point where some classes we wouldn't do anything and students would just sit there playing games. Before the new building, which is really nice by the way, the college mainly used the two other, older buildings and these were clearly run down and old. But these have been done up and are now much better. I would still recommend going here as they are really trying to do a good job and turn the college into something better.
