Our sport continuously evolves and as a consequence, coaching methods must keep pace. With this in mind, CAP was created to ensure all academy clients have our assurance that we continually develop and train our team to implement the most up to date and modern skills from all over the world.
It is mandatory for our entire coaching team to annually endure a rigorous 2 week pre-season training program, followed up by a Continuous Personal Development program of courses throughout the year. Each coach must attend a minimum number of training courses to stay current with the most up to date developments in teaching delivery.
