This exciting program is designed specifically to teach children martial arts, public safety, awareness, and respect while building self-esteem and confidence with a strong emphasis on family involvement.
Students will learn basic stances, strikes, blocks and kicks. They will how to defend themselves from various attacks. They will also learn about sparring, the sport aspect of karate, and will have the opportunity to participate in a class tournament.
Uniforms: Uniforms are required and can be purchased from the instructor.
Tournaments and Belts: Tournaments and belt testing are optional and are not included in the registration fee.
