The Master's program in Private Law is for those who have a passion for law and a desire to develop their knowledge and skills in this distinctive and complicated specialty.
Our three-semester program followed by a detailed thesis will give you an in-depth understanding of the role of law in business. It will also develop your analytical skills through interactive discussions on the subject of legislative changes, how this topic and other contemporary matters affect the work of commercial enterprises today.
Research in relevant contemporary affairs at the global and regional levels will help you gain a broad understanding and the practical experience needed to continue your post-masters studies in order to eventually pursue the legal profession, become a university professor, or choose a career in legal affairs in the insurance and banking sector.
The subjects of the program, which is taught in Arabic only, include the law of electronic transactions in the United Arab Emirates, international and domestic commercial arbitration, intellectual and industrial property law, as well as international private law.
