Pamukkale University, Denizli, was established in 1992. It has developed rapidly since its opening, in the 2009-2010 academic year it reached 31,174 students, and a total of 2451 employees 1417 of them academic and 1034 of them administrative. In its 17 years of educational service has graduated 28 912 students. Pamukkale University has based its education, instruction and research on universal values. It has assigned itself with training high qualified individuals who are active, creative and entrepreneurial in all areas and who have moral values and social responsibilities; while taking part in scientific and cultural studies which are sensitive to society and to the environment.
