Judson University takes part in the Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI). If you transfer from an IAI participating school, many of your general education courses can be easily transferred to Judson. Judson's registrar's office will work closely with you to determine which classes transfer.

Judson University welcomes home school students! Judson is a great place for home school students to study and provides a welcoming and warm campus environment. Home school students interested in starting their college career early can be a part of Judson's Prep Programand earn up to a total of 24 semester hours before becoming a traditional undergraduate student at Judson University.

Although we understand that funding a private Christian education can be challenging, we also believe that the value of a Judson education will exceed your expectations. Cost should not be the only determining factor when choosing a college; it is, however, a legitimate concern for many students and their families.

At Judson University, approximately 95% of our students receive financial assistance in the form of merit scholarships, institutional awards and grants, federal and/or state assistance, as well as low-interest student loans and work study.Here you will find the resources you need to understand the funding that is available to meet the expense. Having a full knowledge of the Financial Aid process is crucial to making the most of the assistance available. Thus, timely application for financial assistance is the first step to financing an education.

Judson University received affirmation from two independent agencies telling the administration something it has known for a long time. First, after months of meetings, reports and an intensive site visit, the Higher Learning Commission gave full accreditation to the University without any conditions. According to the Higher Learning Commission Site Team, the Judson community's "faith and commitment to its mission may well be unprecedented in the experiences of members of the site visit team." Judson is also listed in the Top Tier of Baccalaureate Universities in the Midwest in the U.S. News and World Report's Best Colleges Report. Both events demonstrate the many advantages Judson University offers its students.

Through the RISE Program, we give students with intellectual disabilities the college life experience in a Christian community and build upon strengths for independent living and customized employment.

The Judson Student Organization (fondly referred to as "JSO") and University Ministries (a.k.a. "UM"), both student-led organizations, are hubs of campus life, but they are just the beginning.

We make sure our students not only feel at home, but feel engaged, with on-going activities like intramural sports, dorm events, and regular service projects to help our local community. We celebrate the arts through theater productions and music performances by the Center for Worship in the Performing Arts, film screenings through Reel Conversations and the Imago Film Festival, and exhibits and lectures from the Art, Design and Architecture Departments. Plus, we have a truly inspired Disc Golf Course around campus - check out the map and course directions.We bond through great traditions like our midnight pancake breakfasts served by faculty and staff during finals week.

Judson College is a good school. The small student body, provides for a close-knit atmosphere. All the professors, I have encountered have all been friendly and very helpful. The AIM program is a great program for adult students who are interested in going back to school.
