Baptist Bible College is an institution of biblical higher education that exists to provide a Christ-centered curriculum that fosters a biblical worldview, empowering students to engage and impact their global society.
We believe the Holy Bible was written by men supernaturally inspired; that it has truth without any admixture of error for its matter; and therefore is, and shall remain to the end of the age, the only complete and final revelation of the will of God to man; the true center of Christian union and the supreme standard by which all human conduct, creeds and opinions should be tried.
Students living on the campus of Baptist Bible College are offered the opportunity to not only be involved in the academic atmosphere, but are also able to engage in various resident life activities by living in on-campus housing.
Transitioning to college is a unique experience in which moving away from home can seem difficult for both the student and parent. On the other hand, perhaps as a married couple, living on campus eases the process of furthering your Biblical education. Students living on the campus of Baptist Bible College are offered the opportunity to not only be involved in the academic atmosphere, but are also able to engage in various resident life activities by living in on-campus housing. Whether it’s in the dorms, honor dorms, or apartments, BBC on-campus housing provides the college residential experience close to the classroom.
Community Dorms at Baptist Bible College include Vick Hall for the ladies and Donnelson Hall for the men. Both of these options include bunk-style rooms that house 2-3 students each. Each room is furnished with fixed bunks, individual wardrobes, a desk, and TempurPedic mattresses. Both classic dorm options have community restrooms and showers on every floor. Residential assistants also live among each of the floors to serve as a guide, encourager, and monitor for all the students living in the traditional dorm setting. Community dorm residents are on room & board. Wi-fi and laundry are also free to all dorm residents.

The Missions Certificate specifically applies to those who do not have a bachelor’s degree and desire to fulfill requirements for BBFI missions while furthering their education. The Missions Certificate’s purpose is to prepare students to work effectively in intercultural settings and involves successful completion of eighteen (18) semester hours of undergraduate level Missions courses.
All courses are three (3) semester hours and may be completed by Distance Education and/or in traditional courses. No more than 50% of the courses may be taken by Distance Education. This blend of courses covers missions from the perspective of Bible, theology, theory, cultural concepts and practical training.
The Missions Certificate program emphasizes practical skills to enhance students’ ability to understand and work with people whose worldview is different from their own. The learning schedule is flexible to allow for moderate (2 years) to intense (1 year) study plans. Courses subsequently may apply toward requirements of the Bachelor of Science Missions program or other undergraduate programs at BBC.

In order to better prepare for the communication-intense culture in which we live, the Communication-Speech Division also offers a Communication minor to compliment the students’ major area of study. This Communication minor will allow the student to gain practical knowledge and experience in communication skills and technology pertinent to ministry in the 21st century. This minor will better prepare students as they prepare to minister in local churches and ministries as teachers, youth directors, music directors, pastors, and missionaries. This minor is designed to complement virtually any major a student may be pursuing.
The English division of the communication department offers a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) minor in order to prepare students who are anticipating working among non-English speakers, whether it be within the U.S. or abroad. This minor includes practical, in-class experience. It is versatile, enabling students to prepare a curriculum from scratch or work within a system that is already in place.
