The university's six schools serve a selective student body of 6,000. Elon is a wonderful college, and even more so when you consider the cost. The newer dorms for 'learning communities' are better than any dorms I saw - country wide - even for freshmen. Academics and courses are terrific. I wish they also had a neuroscience major but the school and the education top quality.

I will be graduating this year and I think I got a good education. My time was divided between my major, intramurals and my fraternity. I only got in trouble with the administration once and though I admit I was at fault I think they are creepy judgmental and went way overboard with making a case out of it. Anyway when recruiters came around this past Fall I did not have any problems getting interviews and job offers. I made tons of friends here and I really like North Carolina so I'm glad I will be living here after I graduate.

Elon University I couldn't see myself anywhere else I know everyone has a different experience but mine has been amazing. Some of my Black friends weren't happy here first, but they have adjusted well and everyone is accepting. The academics here are amazing professor push you to do the best work possible. The reputation of the school is soaring sky and the admissions criteria are getting higher and higher with all the new applicants each year. Soon it will be nearly impossible to go to elon without being a legacy. Elon has many connections with employers and internships. You can find the resources of a huge University right here on campus. We are growing in size fast!!

Elon is an amazing university. There is a place for everyone. It combines the southern charm that I was looking for with competitive academics. Greek life is a large presence on campus but you not need to go greek to have fun or make friends. There are a billion clubs and sports team. And if one doesn't exists...you can make it! Elon is a fantastic environment and really focuses seeing each student as an individual, not just a number. Professors are extremely accessible and helpful and they want to see you succeed.

Elon University is an incredible place. It is small enough so you know most of your professors on a first name basis, but big enough that you don't know everyone's business. You can get lost and spend four years partying, or you can take advantage of all of the incredible opportunities and leave ready for real life. I couldn't have asked to be at a better place and learn from better faculty. Burlington, NC isn't the most exciting place, but its only about an hour drive to a few bigger places like Greensboro and Raleigh.

Elon has amazing opportunities for students (internships, study abroad, leadership, I could go on...). It's a great place to be, and the campus is BEAUTIFUL! There are a lot of good places to eat, too. Most people are really nice; people will hold doors open for you and stuff. Some of the best programs offered are Communications, Business, Education, and Performing Arts. The theatrical productions are always mind-blowingly good! I don't want to go to school anywhere else!

This University helped me prepare for the "real world" by exposing my to people and parts of the world I would haven't imagined before college. I think this school is what you make of it. If you want to sit around and not take advantage of all that it offers, life is probably going to suck afterward. Elon doesn't yet have that national or international reputation, where you can get in and ride the name on for the rest of your years. However, it does provide more opportunities of engagement internationally and within the college than most universities. I have been pleased with the education there and highly recommend it

Elon has been a great place to learn how to apply everything I've learned so that I feel extremely prepared for my future. I also have the opportunity to gain internships, which helps me even more in my future. There are rude people on every campus, but to my experience, they are in the minority at Elon. Most people are friendly, helpful, and nice.
